RECIPE
Boil 1 packet Spaghetti drain toss in olive oil Set aside.
Wash and drain 1 kg chicken mince. Braise 2 sliced onions in ghee (Clarified butter) with few slit chillies and 1 teaspoon whole jeeru (cumin).Add in 2 teaspoon @purespice_sa ginger garlic 2 teaspoon chilli powder 2 teaspoon crushed chillies 1 teaspoon dhana jeeroo Β½ teaspoon arad (Turmeric)Allow to cook. Break up mince.Add in 3 liquidised tomatoes π
and ΒΌ tin tomato puree. (I added leftover tomato chutney)1 cup chopped robot peppers Β½ cup water.Simmer for 25 minutes.Garnish with chopped dhania (coriander). Serve ππππππ
