INGREDIENTS
500g chicken fillet filling (steam and shredded )Seasoning salt and white pepper1 teaspoon ginger garlic, red chilli paste. 1 teaspoon crushed fresh garlic 1 medium red onions chopped1 teaspoon kashmiri powder1 teaspoon dhania (coriander)/jeera powder(mixed)1 Tablespoons oil2 Tablespoons butter ghee (Clarified butter)1 cup baby Spinache 1 cup grated cheddar cheese
METHOD
Prepare chicken fillets wash ,steam shred and set aside.In a small saucepan preheat oil and add chopped onions saute , lower heat followed by spices, Spinache simmer immediately add the prepared shredded chicken , drizzle butter ghee (Clarified butter) and cook for a few minutes careful not to overcook or else chicken becomes hard and stringy.Check for salt and taste.Toss gently.Once filling ready remove from stove top and cool.Add grated cheese, toss and fill pies, egg wash sprinkle seseme seeds. Package and freese accordingly. Label pies.
