Step 1 : Boil 2 mugs of macaroni with 1 teaspoon salt Step 2 : Marinate chicken with 1 teaspoon ginger garlic , 1 teaspoon lemon pepper, 1 teaspoon red chillies , 1 teaspoon salt , 3-4 Tablespoons of lemon juice , 2 tablespoons tomatoe paste/puree , 2 tablespoons mayonnaise Step 3 : Cook the chicken in 2 tablespoon ghee (Clarified butter) , when its ¾ way done add ¼ yellow , green and red peppers .. when the chicken and peppers are done , mix the macaroni into the mixture . Lastly add one tub fresh cream , half tub milk and ¾ cup grated cheese and mix well continuously.

I squeezed fresh lemon juice ..I feel it gives a much better taste to the food ..also I used the tomato paste instead of puree .
