3 cups flour 1 teaspoon yeast2 tablespoon sugar2 tablespoon ghee (Clarified butter) melted1 cup hot water mixed with½ cup cold milk Make a soft doughAllow to rise. Roll out. Cut round shapes. Blind bake in muffin tin 5 minutes.
METHOD
Cut Patta (Yam leaves (Madumbi Plant))
in ¼ts. Airfry 10 minutes. Mix 1 tin creamstyle corn with 1 teaspoon ground green chillies ½ cup milk or cream. Set aside½ cup red samoosa chutney or more1 cup grated cheese To assemble:Put 1 teaspoon chutney then Patta (Yam leaves (Madumbi Plant))
. A small dollop of creamstyle sprinkle cheese. Heat and eatFreezer suitable
