RECIPE
4 sheets of phyllo Melted butter/ghee (Clarified butter)
Preheat oven to 180C
Brush phyllo with melted butter/ghee (Clarified butter). Cut into blocks and put into prepared pan. I used a pan with small rounds. Bake till golden. In the meanwhile you can prepare your fillings.
Lotus or nutella phyllo cups
Whip 250ml fresh cream with 2 tablespoons of icing sugar Pipe into cups. Top with chopped fruits of your choice. Drizzle melted dairy milk over. Decor, plate & serve.
Whipped cream with a drizzle of lotus or nutella
Pipe whipped cream into cups and drizzle with lotus biscoff or nutella.
Top with chopped nuts of your choice. Decor with a strawberry. Enjoy💕💕
