2 Cup waterRose syrupSugar to sweeten2 teaspoon China grass powderCardamom powderStrawberries cubed1 can nestle dessert cream2 tablespoon icing sugar
METHOD
Add water, rose syrup amd sugar to a pot and allow to boil - add China grass powder just before water boilsRemove from heat, stir in cardamom powder amd allow to set in Pyrex or individual bowls
Add icing sugar to cubed strawberries, set aside for a while allowing a syrup to formShake the can of cream well, add to strawberries Top the set jelly with the strawberries mixture. Set in fridge for a bitCrumble flake over before serving
