1 French loafSoftened butterExtra-virgin olive oil1 bunch seedless green grapesFew sprigs fresh rosemaryHoneyBalsamic vinegarPlain smooth cream cheese (softened)
1. Grease a tray brushing some oil. 2. Wash and pat grapes dry.3. Cut grapes into halves and place into a dish.4. Toss with some balsamic vinegar, honey and rosemary.5. Place on greased tray and roast in preheated oven till the grapes are tender and juicy.6. Whilst roasting, slice French loaf.7. Smear on a little butter and toast till golden and crispy.8. Now smear on cream cheese.9. When the grapes are ready, cool for a minute, then place onto cream cheese.10. Drizzle over little more honey and serve.
