INGREDIENTS
2 cup danya
6 green chilies
6 cloves garlic
¼ cup lemon juice
½ cup water
Pasta of choice (screws fettuccine or macoroni)
Mushrooms sliced
Green pepper cubed
Fresh Asparagus
Salt
Pepper
Lemon pepper
Butter
packet Mushroom soup
1 cup tap water
METHOD
Boil the pasta and drain
In a large pot, steam asparagus with some water till almost done ( about 5 minutes) then add the sliced mushrooms and cubed green peppers a slice of butter salt and lemon pepper, cook for 2 minutes,
Liquidise the danya lemon juice chilies garlic and water and add it to the mushroom pot allow it to bubble and then add the pasta
Mix one packet of mushroom soup with about one cup of water and add it to the above
