RECIPE
Add water to a pot with some salt and 3 tablespoon oil, allowing it to come to a boiling point. Add in 1 packet of pasta of choice and cook until tender. Remove from the stove ,drain and keep aside.
¼ cup oil 1 onion sliced1 teaspoon whole jeerafew Elachi (cardomom), cinnamon sticks,
4 to 6 tomatoes grated .1 packet tomato paste or puree2 teaspoon ginger garlic masala 2 teaspoon mix masala2 teaspoon chilli powder2 teaspoon dhana jeeru (cumin) powder1 teaspoon arad (Turmeric)1 teaspoon crushed red chillies Salt to taste curry leavesChopped dhania (coriander)

In a pot, heat oil ,add in onions and whole spices. Braise until golden brown.
When golden brown add in mix masala and braise for a few seconds. Add in your tomatoes ,ginger garlic and other spices, curry leaves and salt .
Cook on medium heat until the chutney is cooked and oil comes to the surface. Add in your boiled pasta and mix well. Allow to simmer for little. Garnish with chopped dhania (coriander).
Variation. To the chutney while cooking you can add chopped polony, sausages , fillet or kebabs.
You can also add 1 fresh cream to your chutney for a creamy pasta.
