INGREDIENTS
1 box hake medallion - cut into 3 piece each - marinate with lemon 🍋 juice and ginger garlic Cut 1 onion 🌰 Grate 2 tomatoes 🍅 4 cloves garlic cut in to tiny piecesFew curry leaves 🍃 2 to 3 green chillies slitMix veg to your likingOilFew whole black pepper Few Methi (Fenugreek) seeds½ teaspoon turmeric powder 3 teaspoon chillie powder ½ teaspoon dhania (coriander) jeera powder 1 teaspoon Gorimas seafood masala1 teaspoon pickle masala1 teaspoon ginger garlic1 teaspoon salt - or salt to taste
METHOD
In a pot add Methi (Fenugreek) seed, black pepper, curry leaves and oil to cover the base of the pot When hot add onion As the onion is getting brown add the chillies and garlicWhen onion is brown add the masalas, ginger garlic and saltLet it braise, Add tomatoes 🍅 Add mix vegAdd little water and let cook for few minutes Lastly add fish and cook on low till water dries up
