Philly Steak Pasta

RECIPE

Steak cubes marinated with:
Steak and chop spice Bbq spiceCrushed garlicWhite pepperWorcestershire sauce Meat tenderiserSaltSoy sauceChinese 5 spice
Sauté 1 onion chopped in ghee (Clarified butter) until pale then add in marinated steak and cook until ¾ way done then add in 1 green pepper cubes and cook till done
Lastly add in 250ml sour cream and 2 tablespoon jelapeno sauceToss pasta into steak before serving
