½ kg rump steak cut into cubes
1 teaspoon crushed garlic
½ teaspoon garlic
Red chilli paste
1 teaspoon steak and chips spice
1 teaspoon dhana powder
½ teaspoon lemon pepper
1 tablespoon vinegar
3 tablespoon tomatoe sauce
2 tablespoon mayo
2 tablespoon sweet chilli sauce
Few slices Palony
Cut 3 large potatoes
in a pan add ghee (Clarified butter) or butter and cook the steak with all the spices , add water and cook until soft and tender . Ones cooked add the sauces .
In a pan fry the Viennas and Palony . Add this to the steak pan .
Fry chips . ( season optional )
In a Pyrex add some lettuces and cheese at the bottom hot chips add half the steak and Palony and Vienna mix and repeat , mix everything together and serve with bread or rolls .
