1kg fillet steak cut and washed In a pot add: 2-3 tablespoons Mexican spice (purchased from chocolata Fordsburg)Salt to taste½ teaspoon fine cumin powder½ teaspoon coriander powder 1 teaspoon fine red chilli powder½ teaspoon Robertsons steak and chops spice1 teaspoon Ina Paarman lemon & black pepper seasoning 2 tablespoons lemon juice2 teaspoons @sujees_gourmet_food nanimas steak and chops masala2-3 tablespoons creamy mayonnaiseA slice of butter Cook on low heat till well done. Must be saucy. Add ½ cup fresh cream and allow to come to a simmer. Serve with Mexican rice.
Mexican rice In a pot add2 tablespoons oil2 tablespoons Chocolata Mexican spice1 teaspoon spice for rice 1 small onion finely choppedBraise till golden. Add 1 & ½ cups washed basmati rice. After 15 minutes add ½ cup frozen mixed veg. Boil till done. Drain. Serve with Mexican steak. Enjoy. Spice amounts can be adjusted to taste. Any Mexican spice can be used. I even made some myself will share recipe below.
