INGREDIENTS
Cube 1kg chicken fillets or thighs into chunksMarinate with½ teaspoon salt ( please check before adding)½ teaspoon Aromat (a South African Spice)1 teaspoon Cajun spice1 teaspoon crushed garlic1 teaspoon chicken spice1 teaspoon paprika1 tablespoon mochachos spice¼ cup mochachos sauce1 teaspoon woolies chilli lime salt (optional)
Saucemochachos sauce, tomato purée, Littlemayonnaise and some butter.Sauce measurements depend on how saucyyou want the skewers.
METHOD
1. Cube 1kg chicken fillets or thighs into chunks2. Marinade with ingredients above 3. Thread onto a skewer and cook in butter.4. Make a sauce with mochachos sauce, tomato purée, Littlemayonnaise and some butter.Bring to a boil and pour overthe skewers.Sauce measurements depend on how saucyyou want the skewers.5. Serve with savoury rice
