INGREDIENTS
500ml oats (2 cups)
5ml bicarb (1teaspoon)
pinch of salt
200g butter
250ml cake flour (1 cup)
250ml white or light brown sugar
250ml coconut
15ml golden syrup
METHOD
Mix dry ingredients together. Melt butter &
golden syrup over low heat until melted. Add to
dry ingredients & mix well. Press into greased
square pan & bake @ 180*C for 15 minutes or till
golden brown.
Cut into fingers while hot.
