Make into cake batter.Place into square cupcake pan bake for about 15-20 minutes on 180° until done.Cool, remove from pan and allow to get cold.Syrup1 cup sugar1 cup water1 tablespoon rose syrupBoil until dissolved,cool slighly.Roll cooled cakes in syrup and then in coconut..Best eaten freshEnjoy
