INGREDIENTS
Filling:
1 big tin nestle cream
1 tin condense milk
1 cup cremora
Little More than ¼ cup lemon juice
Base:
1 and half pk marie biscuits/tennis biscuits
100g butter
Decorate:
Fruit of choice such as blue berries, kiwi, strawberry,
raspberry etc
METHOD
Base :
Crush biscuits in magi mix and mix with butter (enough to keep base firm).
Filling:
Mix 1tin condense, 1 tin nestle cream, 1 cup Cremora and lastly beat in lemon juice. the mixture thickens once lemon juice is added.
Pipe filling over base in mini containers of choice and refrigerate overnight (or can be made in the morning for the eve)
Decorate as desired.
