Wraps:2 cups flourPinch salt2 tablespoon oil1 cup waterMake a soft dough. Knead well. Leave 2 rest 15 minutes. Divide into 15 balls. Roll out and dry fry on hot tawa.Cover and set aside.
Filling of choice.I cooked my cubed fillets with:Salt. 1 teaspoon chilli powder Β½ teaspoon arad (Turmeric) 1 teaspoon dhana jeeroo 1 teaspoon crushed chillies 1 teaspoon @purespice_sa green chillie paste 1 teaspoon @purespice_sa red β₯οΈ ginger π« garlic 2 tablespoon lemon π juice ΒΌ cup peri peri sauceCook in ghee (Clarified butter) till dry. Add in mayoCool.To assemble wrapsI brushed chutney on wrapsChopped lettuce filling red onion slicesRoll up. Seal with a toothpick Heat and eat
