INGREDIENTS
Dough 1 cup lukewarm water 8g yeast 1 teaspoon. Suagr 1 tablespoon. Olive oil 1½ teaspoon. Salt 337g flour
Filling 1 chicken fillet Salt to taste 1 teaspoon. Pepper 3 tablespoon. Oil ½ oil ¼ Bellpeper 2 Cabbage leaves 2 tablespoon. Mayonnaise Lettuce
METHOD
Dough In a bowl add water, yeast, sugar, olive oil and give a gentle mix and set a side until the yeast activate.Now to a large bowl, add flour and salt and mix gently. now add in the activated yeast mixture And need until it forms a soft dough (±5 minutes)
Add to a large bowl with a tablespoon of olive oil and coat the dough in the oil and cover and rest until double in size
Punch down and knead gently Divide the door into 16 portionsPress down using your palm and form a small circleCook on a pan over a low heat until cook and slightly golden on both sidesRemove from heat and let it cool completely.
Filling In a ball at chicken cubed, salt and pepper and mix wellTo a PAN over medium heat at oil. Enter onion, sort it until translucent. Now add in the chicken and cook until golden brown. Remove from the heat. to the pat Add in bell pepper, cabbage and Mayonnaise and mix well
Cut the dute full pocket and add a small piece of lettuce and the filling mixture and it's ready to serve
