2 Large Eggs1 Cup Sugar¼ Cup oil1 teaspoon Vanilla essence1 teaspoon Red Coloring Essence4 teaspoon Cocoa Powder1 Cup Cake flour3 teaspoon Baking powder1 Cup boiling water6 teaspoon Cold milk16x Muffin Cups**Chocolate Balls for decoration**
Icing for Decoration1 Cup Confectioner Sugar1 teaspoon Vanilla Essnce3xTsp butter, soft 5 teaspoon cream cheese or few drops lemon essenceMix everything together....

METHOD

Beat the eggs, sugar, then add the oil mix until smooth. Add the wet ingredients.... then all the dry ingredients,until everything mixed well. Pour into muffin pan & bake for 20 minutes at 170 degrees.
