INGREDIENTS
5 large figs peeled and chopped finely
CRUMBLE230g plain flour170g butter50g oats110g castor sugarCinnamon to taste
METHOD
Mix all above with fingertips until mixture looks like moist breadcrumbs.
Add little bit of crumble mixtures in paper cases press gently Then add chopped figs.Finally sprinkle crumble on top.
Bake in oven 180° for 20 - 25 minutes until golden brown.Cool, Sprinkle/dust icing sugar on top.Serve with custard or cream.
