¼ kg cubed chicken fillet½ packet fatis & monis spaghetti, broke into 3 pcs.½ punnet sliced mushrooms1 punnet marrow, julienned1 carrot, julienned (optional)½ green pepper, julienned (optional)Coriander to garnish (optional)3 teaspoon crushed garlic½ chicken spiceAromat (a South African Spice) as neededInna parmens lemon & black pepper as needed5 tablespoon nandos bushveld braai (bbq) sauce
Boil spaghetti with ½ teaspoon rough salt & a tablespoon oil, when aldente, drain & set aside. In a big pan, stirfry chicken with 1 teaspoon garlic, then add chicken spice & remove when done. Add all remainder veggies (if you wish you can stirfry mushrooms seperately because it takes a while for the water to burn out). Stirfry veggies with garlic. Mix everything together & season with Aromat (a South African Spice) & lemon pepper according to your taste. Lastly add bushveld braai (bbq) sauce, depending on how much heat you like, toss together & garnish with coriander. Enjoy!
