RECIPE
Grate 1kg CarrotsPut 1 ½ cup ghee (Clarified butter), few elaichi pods, and saffronAdd in the grated carrots and braise for 30 minutes then add in 1 Litre Milk of your choice,let it cook on slow to medium, once milk is reduced to half add in sliced Cashews, and ¼ cup of klim diluted in little milk amd saffron again, once milk is almost reduced add in sugar and Elaichi powder according to taste, and burn out all the milk it should be dry and ghee (Clarified butter) should be seen then u knw halwa is ready (if u feel ghee (Clarified butter) is less add some more at this stage)
