                      1 kg Chicken or Any Beef or Mutton  mince I Used Chicken mince)
1 teaspoon crushed Garlic 1 teaspoon Ginger Garlic 1 teaspoon Jeera seeds2 tablespoon Seekh Kebaab mix2Tblsp any Chicken spice 1 tablespoon Dhana Jeera mix1 teaspoon tumeric1 tablespoon Green  or Red chilli paste+- 1 teaspoon White Chilli Powder1 teaspoon Ground Black pepper1 heaped teaspoon Salt 3 -4 Grated OnionHandful chopped up  Robot PeppersChopped green dhania (coriander) little mint. Shallot or spring onion Mix wellAdd 2 slices Soaked Bread (Squeeze out the water) or Just Bread Crumbs Mix all of the above wellFlatten on soji (semolina) (Semolina ) sprinkled  Board Cut with Doughnut cutter/ or Bake Small balls and dent it with your finger.Or make Small Cutlets  Sprinkle with soji (semolina) and  with  Kus KusFreeze and Fry when requiredFry in Shallow Oil /Butter  or Grill in oven 
Enjoy with Chips, Mash potatoes , veg's  and Salads Rolls Naan Rotis , Puri etc
