INGREDIENTS
3 cups cake flour1 & ½ teaspoon baking powder¼ teaspoon salt¾ packet instant dry yeastSlightly less than ¼ cup sugar¾ cup lukewarm milk3 tablespoon melted butter1 tablespoon oil1 egg1 teaspoon vanilla essence
METHOD
Sift flour, salt, baking powder, sugar & dry yeast together in a dishMix wellBeat the egg well and add vanilla essenceThen Add melted butter and 1Tblsp oil to the warm milk (you might need more warm milk to make a soft Dough)Knead well for about 10 minutes Smear little oil on your palm and Rub over the doughPlace in a dish and cover the dish with cling wrapLeave to rise a warm place for an hour Then roll out slightly thickCut into doughnut shape using the doughnut cutterPlace on a plastic paper on a trayCover once again and allow the shaped doughnuts to double in size for about +- 45 minutesFry in med hot oilPlace a paper towel or grease proof paper on a flat tray and place the fried doughnuts NowDecorate as desired.

Roll in sugar and cinnamon whilst hotDip in sugar syrup roll sprinkle dessicated coconut overSmear nutella and sprinkle choc chips milky or caramel Make mix of icing sugar milk dip the doughnutSprinkle 100& 1000'sMake a mix of icing sugar water and cocoa. dip the doughnut and sprinkle almonds or crushed pecansAbsolutely yummy
