In a bowl add all dry ingredients.Then add the egg & soft butter & mix slowly with your hands. In a second bowl add the wet ingredients mix well.Cover in warm place & rise the dough for 2 hours. Cover the bowl with Clingwrap & shape into small size balls & brush with honey mixture. Bake for 20 minutes @180 degrees. Topping the dough:Brush with honey & water mixture... Makes 18
