INGREDIENTS
4 Cups Plain flour2 tablespoon Milk powderQuarter soft Butter2 teaspoon Salt4 teaspoon Sugar1 & ½ Cup Warm milk1 packet Yeast1 egg, beaten
METHOD
In a bowl add all dry ingredients.Then add the egg & soft butter & mix slowly with your hands. In a second bowl add the wet ingredients mix well.Cover in warm place & rise the dough for 2 hours. Cover the bowl with Clingwrap & shape into small size balls & brush with honey mixture. Bake for 20 minutes @180 degrees.
Topping the dough:Brush with honey & water mixture...

Lovely with jam or cheese.
Cover with a cloth as soon comes out, keeps the rolls soft....
