Pastry :125g butter½ c sugar1 egg beaten2 ⅓ c flour2 teaspoon b. Powder Pinch salt Mix butter & sugar until fluffy. Add egg and beat. Add dry ingredients & form a dough. Divide dough in half and line to pie dishes with the pastry. Bake 180 degrees for about 15 minutes until it starts to brown. Milk filling:1 litre milk + ½ c milk25 g butter3 eggs¾ c sugar2 Heap tablespoon flour2 Heap tablespoon cornflourPinch salt Bring 1 litre of milk to boil. Seperate 2 eggs . Beat the ½ c milk, 1 whole egg, 2 egg yolks, sugar, flour, cornflour and salt. Beat in a little of the boiled milk and mix.... slowly beat into the boiled milk, using a whisk to mix to prevent lumps forming, bring to boil and stir until thickened. Beat egg whites until stiff and fold into the milk mix. Pour onto baked bases and sprinkle cinnamon on top.
