RECIPE

Boil together1 cup oil1 cup milklet it cool until lukewarm
beat together 4 large eggs with1 & 1/2cups caster sugar1 teaspoon vanilla essenceUntil light & fluffy
Sieve in 2 cups plain flour and beat lightly. Sprinkle on top 4 slightly heaped teaspoon baking powder. Pour milk mixture on top it will start to bubble up give it few seconds to do this,
beat it again, pour into lined greased baking tin (I used the black oven tray) rectangle one, bake in preheated oven at 170°C for 25min or till cooked through golden brown, cool cake
deco as you like, chocolate ganache or buttercream even strawberry jam with desicated coconut sprinkled on top, cut into squares enjoy with your favourite hot drink....
Defo a keeper recipe so easy..Baking tin size: 34 x 24 x 6
