Ingredients:
Fatima's pattha
Samoosa pur
Lai (water flour paste)
Cut pattha slices into quarters. This should give you approx 4 dzn pieces.
Cut samoosa pur in half lengthwise.
With 2 strips, place pur in a cross shape
[ + ] at one end of pur strips.
Place pattha piece in center and wrap the one strip inwards, then the other strip until a square is formed.
Seal together with lai.
Freezer suitable.
Fry in shallow oil on medium heat till golden and crispy on either side.
Serve with red chutney.
