RECIPE

250g butter½ cup castor sugar (cream well) 2 cups coconut2 tablespoon cocoa ½ teaspoon baking powder flour to make a soft dough +/- 2 cupsput 1 cup first and then little at a time till u have a nice smooth dough.Pat in oven tray and scrap with fork and bake (160deg. 30 minutes). While hot spread chocolate then grate 100g mint crisp chocolate and cut in squaresinstead of peppermint crisp my lg wanted 100s and 1000s sprinkles on...enjoy
