250g butter +
½ cup castor sugar (cream well) +
2 cups coconut +
2 tablespoon cocoa +
½ teaspoon baking powder +
flour to make a soft dough.
+/- 2 cups,
pls put 1 cup first and then little at a tym till u
have a nice smooth dough.
Pat in oven tray and scrap with fork and bake
(160deg. 30min). While hot spread chocolate
then grate 100g mint crisp chocolate and cut in
instead of peppermint crisp my lg wanted 100s
and 1000s sprinkles on...enjoy
