INGREDIENTS
1 kg Chicken fillet, cut into strips1 teaspoon Chicken spice½ teaspoon Chilli powder1 teaspoon ground GarlicSalt to taste2 tablespoon Steers Peri-Peri sauce1 tablespoon Mustard sauce1 tablespoon Steers Garlic sauce1 tablespoon Lemon juice2 tablespoon Worcester sauce1 tablespoon Tomato sauce1 tablespoon Sweet chilli sauce
Sliced MushroomsOnion ringsSliced PeppersFrozen CornButterSalt&Pepper to taste
White sauce :3 cups Milk3 tablespoon FlourButterSalt and Pepper
METHOD
Marinate the chicken in all the ingredients and cook with 2 tablespoon ghee (Clarified butter).The chicken must remain saucey.Stir fry all the veggies with the butter and season with salt and pepper.Make a thin white sauce.Boil 1 packet Spaghetti with salt.Mix the spaghetti, chicken fillet and veggies.Place in a casserole, pour the white sauce over and place a layer of cheese over.Sprinkle mixed herbs over and bake on 180 degrees until the cheese melts.
