INGREDIENTS
500g Penne pasta (boiled al dente with salt & oil, set aside)3 chicken fillet peices cubed & cooked with: Oil/butter 2 teaspoon chilli powder 1 tablespoon ginger garlic paste 1 teaspoon green masala 1 teaspoon tandoori masala 1 teaspoon dhania (coriander) powder 1 teaspoon cumin powder1 teaspoon turmeric 1 teaspoon white pepper ½ teaspoon fine black pepper 2 tablespoon steers peri peri sauce ½ onion chopped Robot peppers julliened (optional)
METHOD
Add chicken to pasta & mix well
Add 1 tablespoon jalapeno sauce 1 tablespoon peri peri sauceMix well
Sauce/cream:
Fresh cream/cooking cream as needed Grated cheese (mozzarella and cheddar) (mostly cheddar)2 teaspoon Portuguese peri peri spice1 teaspoon chilli powder A little bit flour A blob of butter Mix till you get a creamy texture
Pour over pasta and mix well.
Garnish with coriander/cheese/parsley
