Boil about 2 cups pasta of your choice ( I used fattis & monis ) 1 small butternut cubes 6 baby marrows sliced 1 onion sliced 1 teaspoon crushed garlic ½ teaspoon ground green chilli 1 teaspoon mixed herbs 1 teaspoon Robertson garlic and herb Sprinkle cayenne pepper
White sauce : ½ cup flour Blob butter Salt Milk as required
Handful grated Mozzerella
In a pan add some olive oil Garlic and ground green chilli and on medium heat let this cook for 30 seconds or until you get the smell , add the veggies and toss. Cook on low until soften add water is necessary.
Boil pasta as per packet instruction .
White sauce : In a small pot add the flour and butter and braise . Start adding milk and keep on stirring to avoid lumps . Nice and runny . Assemble : Before serving add boiled paste first pour white sauce over , top with veggies and sprinkle cheese .
