½ kg chicken fillet cut into strips 1 teaspoon garlic ½ teaspoon red chilli paste 1 tablespoon mochachoes spice ( if you don't have use Portuguese spice ) 2 tablespoon lemon juice Salt to taste 3 to 4 tablespoon mochachoes sauce ( if you don't have use a Portuguese sauce ) . ½ cup flour Oil for frying
Sauce : Small block butter ¼ cup water 5 tablespoon mochachoes sauce 1 tablespoon lemon juice
In a bowl add all the ingredients accept the flour mix well and then Add the chicken strips and allow to marinate . 30 minuted before serving in a frying pan add oil allow to get warm . In the meantime take big deep plate add the flour now take all the chicken strips add to flour and make sure they are all coated , fry until done and serve with a sauce of your choice and chips .
My sauce : Add all the ingredients to a small pot allow to simmer and use that as a dip .
I also served with hummus .
