INGREDIENTS
3 Ibs Small potatoes cut in half (1.3kg)2 teaspoon salt2 tablespoon olive oil1 tablespoon butter1 clove fresh garlic minced1 teaspoon Coriander powder 1 teaspoon cumin seeds½ teaspoon Turmeric½ teaspoon Chili powder1 teaspoon red pepper flakes½ teaspoon Paprika½ teaspoon onion powder
METHOD
1. Preheat over to 350 degree. 2 Cook potatoes in a pot of salted boiling water for 10 minutes or until fork tender. 4. In the meantime in a oven proof baking dish, make masala mixture by combining, oil, butter and all the spices. 5. Once potatoes have been drained add them to the baking dish with the masala mixture and coat potatoes well. 6. Place in the oven for 18-20 minutes, until the potatoes are fully cooked and crispy on the outside. Remove from the oven and top with fresh coriander.
INFO & TIPS
Serve with yogurt and enjoy!
