Hassleback Potatoes

RECIPE

put skewer on edge of potatoe and cut slices without seperating potatoes.
Then remove skewer

Marinade:
Mix together:
- Olive oil
- Parsley
- Black pepper
- Salt
- Red chilli flakes

put it all on the potatoes
Let potatoes cook for 60minutes. Offr till done. Can be enjoyed wih chicken roast, steak and so on. Enjoy
