INGREDIENTS
2 cups chicken
1 med onion
¾ cup cheese
3 tablespoon flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
4 eggs (beaten)
salt
pepper
green chillies
METHOD
- Cook chicken with normal spices.
- Add all ingredients to food processor and chop till well
blended.
- Place spoonfuls into cupcake pans.
- Sprinkle seeds or herbs.
- Bake at 160C for 15-20 minutes.
