INGREDIENTS
3 boxes of Jelly [3 different flavours]225ml of evaporated milk
METHOD
Put the 225ml of evaporated milk in fridge to get coldMix the first 2 boxes of Jelly as per packet instructions in 2 separate bowls and leave to set in fridgeWhen Jelly is set, remove from fridge and cut into pieces in the same bowlLeave back in fridgeTake the third box and mix with the amount of hot water as per box instruction [should be 225ml of hot water]Substitute the cold water with the evaporated milkLeave this mixture outside to come to room temperature.Once it's cooled, add in the other 2 cut up JellyPour into Jelly mold and leave to set on fridgeAfter it has set, turn over into a plate and pop the small lid off the Jelly moldCUT AND SERVE❤️
INFO & TIPS
Evaporated milk can be substituted for coconut milk.
If packet instructions say 250ml of cold water and hot water, use 250ml of evaporated milk.
Should be the same amount as the cold water being used.
