METHOD
Mix all above ingredients ๐๐ป๐๐ปmentioned above stir in well Then switch heat on medium flame (not hot) slow flame ๐ฅ and keep stirring you will see after 15 minutes the mixture beginning to become a mass and the ghee (Clarified butter) is showing up at this point add a fistfuls each of sliced almonds pistachios and cashews each keep stirring for another 10 +-minutes the mass will become more solid like and start leaving the sides a light aroma of the Halwa will arise a sign itโs done โ switch off and continue stirring non stop until you pour into your greased setting dish I use 9 inch cake tins etting dish pat well sprinkle extra nuts and saffron This is the most quickest simplified version less time max effect more glassy look _Kindly share as received _ ุฌููููููุฒุงูููููููู ุงูููู ุฎููููููููุฑูุง Double recipe set in 9 in cake tins gives a nice thick square
