Use 3 different types using only 1 cup boiling water for each box or make clear jelly with 2 teaspoon falooda / agar agar (falooda powder) /China grass with 2 cups water bring to boil Remove Place in 3 bowls and colour it with 3 diff colours Allow to set in refrigerator (Cube it later) In a seperate pot mix 1 teaspoon falooda powder and 1 cup water when the 1 can condensed ( use little less to adjust the sweetness) Bring to boil Allow to cool let it get cold Now cube the 3 diff jellys Mix it and put in a ring mould Now pour the cold condensed falooda mixture over Allow to set Once set turn over in a deep platter To get the beautiful mould effect. (Optional : I added 1 teaspoon finely crushed Elachi (cardomom) and 1heaped teaspoon custard powder) to the condensed water mix.. Enjoy
