INGREDIENTS

Store bought pizza basesTomatoe sauceViennaGouda cheeseCheddar cheeseMixed herbsSalt and pepper

METHOD

Bake store bought pizza bases for 5 minutes. In the meantime slice defrosted vienna of choice and grate cheeses.Remove pizza base from oven carefully add tomatoe sauce over. Add sliced viennas and cheese over base. Season with salt pepper and mixed herbs. Place back into oven for 5 to 8 minutes at 180 degrees. Remove and cut and serve.
