INGREDIENTS

Milk layer:1/2L milk*1/2 teaspoon china grass powder*1 teaspoon cornflour*1 teaspoon custard powder*½ can condensed milk155g nestle cream

Water layer:1/2L water*3/4c sugar*1/2 teaspoon lemon juice*1 teaspoon china grass powder*1/4 teaspoon egg yellow colouring*1/2 Cup granadilla pulp

METHOD

Milk layer: Whisk together ingredients marked with asterisk (*) then heat up until boiling point.Remove from heat and add in condensed milk and creamPour into dessert bowl or individual serving bowls and allow to set
Water layer:Boil together ingredients marked with an asterisk (*) remove from heat and add in granadilla pulpPour over set milk layer and refrigerate until water layer is set as wellDecorate with more cream and granadilla if desired
