INGREDIENTS
2x Small onion 3 or 4 chicken fillet cut into cubes ..½ or 1 teaspoon garlic paste½ teaspoon chilli powder1 teaspoon jiera powder 1 teaspoon danya powder½ tablespoon bbq spice ¼ teaspoon Portuguese spice Add freshly squeezed lemon to taste(optional..¼ teaspoon tandoori spice
1 to 3 tablespoon tomato sauce &3 tomatoes, grated…
white sauce :3 tablespoon flour 4 tablespoon butter salt & pepper to taste milk cheddar cheese
“12 lasagne sheets “parsley for garnish
“ Sprinkle some mix herbs on top of the cheese when baking it your oven!
METHOD
Marinade your chicken fillets will all the lovely spices.Then layer your lasagne, then the chicken,sauce,white sauce & repeat & lastly lasagne & white sauce & cheese in between (can use any cheese you like.Bake @180 degrees for about 30 minutes & top foil on top & bake 5 to 10 minutes before taking out of the oven.
INFO & TIPS
Add can mushroom in your filling(optional)..
Or Tomato slices or Green pepper on top😊
(Reheat it quickly in the microwave if kept in the fridge for about 3 days👍
