INGREDIENTS
                      Jalebi batter 1 cup cake flour ½ cup yogurt (inkomazi)1 teaspoon baking powder Pinch orange color 
Sugar syrup 1 cup water 1 cup sugar Few whole Elaichi Few saffron strands Pinch elaichi powder Orange colorPinch citric acid
                    
METHOD
                      Jalebi batterMix all ingredients together Fill it in piping bag and pipe it to medium hot oil Fry till crispy Don’t let it get brown Dip in sugar syrup 
Sugar syrup Mix all ingredients together and let it boil till 1 string sugar syrup
Decorate with crushed dry fruits or dried rose petals
                    
INFO & TIPS
When you dip jalebi in sugar syrup make sure sugar syrup is not hot dip jalebi when syrup is warm
