RECIPE
Braise 1 Finely diced onion in ghee (Clarified butter) with:Few peppercorns Few cloves and Taj and Elachi (cardomom) Add in 250g Finely cubed fillets 1 teaspoon @purespice_sa green chillie paste2 tablespoon ground almonds 1 teaspoon white pepper 1 teaspoon dhana jeeroo Β½ teaspoon arad (Turmeric)Salt1 teaspoon ground green chillies Β½ cup diced robot peppers Β½ cup diced carrots π₯ and potatoes π₯ Add in 1L water200g noodles of choiceBoil till noodles are soft.
Mix 2 tablespoon knorrr chicken noodle powder with Β½ cup water π§ Add 2 chicken Simmer on low.
Garnish with chopped dhania (coriander)
