Mash:Boil and mash 4 potatoes with little milk butter black ⚫️ pepper & mixed herbs 🌿 Boil 1 packet big pasta shells 🐚. Drain set aside. Mince:Braise 2 sliced onions 🌰 in ghee (Clarified butter). Add in 2 teaspoon ground green chillies 1 kg chicken mince 1 teaspoon @purespice_sa red ♥️ ginger 🫚 garlic 1 teaspoon @purespice_sa ginger 🫚 garlic 2 teaspoon chilli 🌶 powder 1 teaspoon salt1 teaspoon dhana jeeroo @purespice_sa ½ teaspoon arad (Turmeric)Add in chopped robot peppers 🌶 Break up mince as it cooks. Add in 2 liquidised tomatoes 🍅. Simmer till done. Allow to coolWhite sauce:Melt 50g butter 🧈 Add 2 tablespoon flourAdd in 2 cups milk. Whisk till thick. Add in salt 🧂 pepper and mixed herbs 🌿
To assemble:
Spread mash on bottom of pyrex.Fill shells with cool mince.Place over mash.Pour white sauce over Sprinkle lots of cheese 🧀 Bake 25 minutes.Serve Piping hot 🔥
