RECIPE
Mash:Boil and mash 4 potatoes with little milk butter black β«οΈ pepper & mixed herbs πΏ Boil 1 packet big pasta shells π. Drain set aside. Mince:Braise 2 sliced onions π° in ghee (Clarified butter). Add in 2 teaspoon ground green chillies 1 kg chicken mince 1 teaspoon @purespice_sa red β₯οΈ ginger π« garlic 1 teaspoon @purespice_sa ginger π« garlic 2 teaspoon chilli πΆ powder 1 teaspoon salt1 teaspoon dhana jeeroo @purespice_sa Β½ teaspoon arad (Turmeric)Add in chopped robot peppers πΆ Break up mince as it cooks. Add in 2 liquidised tomatoes π
. Simmer till done. Allow to coolWhite sauce:Melt 50g butter π§ Add 2 tablespoon flourAdd in 2 cups milk. Whisk till thick. Add in salt π§ pepper and mixed herbs πΏ
To assemble:
Spread mash on bottom of pyrex.Fill shells with cool mince.Place over mash.Pour white sauce over Sprinkle lots of cheese π§ Bake 25 minutes.Serve Piping hot π₯
