INGREDIENTS
4 chicken filet - cut into large pieces or 1 full chicken disjointedMarinate with:½ cup plain yoghurt¼ cup fresh cream/whipping cream1 and ¼ teaspoon salt1 teaspoon dhana Jeeru (Cumin) (crushed coriander and cumin)½ teaspoon black pepper1 teaspoon Crushed Jeeru (Cumin)/cumin powder1 teaspoon garam masala2 teaspoon Crushed garlic1 and ½ teaspoon green masala2 green chillies - chopped or replace with some crushed green chilli1 heaped teaspoon ground/ grated gingerSome fresh coriander chopped2 tablespoon mayonnaise
METHOD
Mix above and set aside.
In a pot:1 onion sliced2 green chillies slit down the middleA few curry leaves1 teaspoon whole Jeeru (Cumin) (cumin seeds)2 tolsp oilFry together until onions are lightly browned.Add in the marinated chicken and allow to cook.Do not dry out - the chicken should be saucy.Before serving garnish with colored peppers and fresh dhania (coriander).Serve hot with roti, puri or rice.
