Dry ingredients Corn flour Cake flour Salt Black pepper Red chilli powder Mixed herbs
Sauce for burger Peri peri mayonnaise Siracha sauce Sweet chilli sauce

METHOD

Marinate chicken in all ingredients listed below chicken Double coat chocolate in dry ingredients and fry on medium heat until cooked In slider buns apply sauce Put cheese slices , chicken and lettuce

Soak lettuce in water to keep crispy
