RECIPE

Marinate 1 kg steak strips in:2 tablespoon lemon 🍋 juice 2 tablespoon vinegar 1 teaspoon @purespice_sa red ♥️ masala 1 teaspoon @purespice_sa ginger 🫚 garlic 1 teaspoon @purespice_sa green chilli garlic paste 1 teaspoon salt2 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce2 tablespoon oil1 teaspoon lemon 🍋 pepper 2 tablespoon Portuguese sauce @minniesfoods3 tablespoon garlic butter½ cup fresh cream 2 tablespoon mayo2 teaspoon crushed chillies 2 tablespoon Portuguese sauce @minniesfoods
Cook till done.
Heat:85g butter 🧈 1 sachet Cheddermelt sauce set aside.
Fry chips 🍟 season with salt vinegar and chilli powder.
To assemble:Place chips 🍟 in pyrex top with steak sprinkle lots of cheese 🧀
Bake till heated thru.
