INGREDIENTS

250g butter I cup brown sugar 1 cup white sugar•••••••••••••••••••••••••••••• 2 beaten eggs I teaspoon vanilla essence •••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••• 1 teaspoon salt 4 cups self raising flour••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••250g choc-chips or 2 ½ slabs chopped chocolate 120g chopped pecans

METHOD

Cream together the butter and sugar.Add eggs and vanilla essence to the beater and beat well..Sieve the salt and flour, add to the beater and beat for a few minutes.. Add 250g choc-chips and 120g chopped pecans to the batter..Roll into balls and flatten lightly..Place In A tray far apart..

Bake at 180°c until done
